flowers for weddings in november
White, Black & Tangerine (Orange) Wedding?
Thinking of a mid-November wedding in 2012 because I want to be done with school.. and I love Black & Orange together, but am concerned it’ll be too Halloween-ish. I actually don’t like Halloween (loud little kids knocking at my door.. no thank you, lol) and don’t want the colors to be mistaken for that theme. I was thinking of making the Orange as scarce as possible like those vintage weddings with Black, White and Red.. so I was thinking that the only thing Orange would be the flowers (bouquets & centerpieces). And then for the BM’s I like Black cocktail dresses (knee-length) with bright Tangerine Orange pumps or stilettos. But does it all still scream Halloween with just hints of it? HELP!
Instead of using white choose a cream or another idea is to choose a creamsicle orange instead of Tangerine. All it does is soften the hue of the colors you have chosen. This way they won’t be consider as Halloween…..
