floral arrangements for weddings

Do you think this is a good idea for a business?
I am studying to become a florist, but my other passion is cooking. I was thinking about opening a shop called "Bake & Bloom" The store would be separated by type of cakes, pastries and coffee at one end and the florist to another. I could offer bargains for weddings because they could organize their cake and flowers with the same company. I also have many contacts in real estate and settlement could put together packages containing a packet of biscuits and 6 a floral arrangement. I should of course have much money and few staff members at the start but I think it would be really unique and well do. What do you think?
I liked the idea. It's a way to maximize the space you need for business and you do what you want. However, addressing the two companies at the same time could be overwhelming (awarded to the same place). And according which the state and locality where you live, you may need to obtain approval of the department of health. First you deal with food on another living products that may have potential contaminants from fertilizers that affect the former. Moreover, depending on whether you have a kitchen in the facility, you may have other problems. If you have the resources and can manage logistics, go ahead. Although I suggest you start with a business plan for each, the balance we will require less capital with the best chance of survival. Start with one as your first company fully concentrated, then once you do manage to operate, develop and add the second company. Things may be different on permit if, for example you have an ice cream shop on one side and a cake on another, because the type of license for both are similar.
